Stamp Administration & Accreditation Process
The process of becoming accredited with the luxury eco™ Stamp is straightforward and direct.
You fill out the Pre-Application Checklist form (online). We evaluate your checklist respond with a formal invitation letter to complete the full Application. This consists of You filling out the Application Detail form (online, secure), uploading some data files about your company/organization, products, services, etc. and filing the $100.00 nonrefundable application fee. In addition, you may be asked in our letter for some physical samples which we will require for evaluation.
If you already hold an applicable certification (e.g. Okeo-Tex for textiles) please provide us with verification of this during the application process.
We proceed to evaluate your data and samples.
Further involved and specific testing may be required. You will be informed of the details and any related costs.
Providing receipt of a complete application, you will be informed of our decision. If you have proven your groundbreaking status, you will receive a welcome packet outlining your membership rewards and associated guidelines and materials for implementation of the luxury eco stamp accreditation. Should the stamp be granted, you authorize payment of the 2500.00 basic certification fee and will immediately have the use of the luxury eco stamp for advertising. An annual renewal fee of 250.00 will be applied should you wish to maintain this valuable accreditation and unique network membership.
