Stamp Administration & Accreditation Process

The process of becoming accredited with the LUXURY ECO™ Stamp is straightforward and direct.

You fill out the Pre-Application Checklist form (online). We evaluate your checklist respond with a formal invitation letter to complete the full Application. This consists of You filling out the Application Detail form (online, secure), uploading some data files about your company/organization, products, services, etc. and filing the $100.00 nonrefundable application fee. In addition, you may be asked in our letter for some physical samples which we will require for evaluation.

If you already hold an applicable certification (e.g., Oeko-Tex for textiles), then you will provide verification of this during the application process and it will speed up and simplify the LUXURY ECO™ Stamp processing.

We proceed to evaluate your data and samples.

There may be a requirement for some specific testing. We will inform you of the details and any costs. Any testing fees will consist of the testing costs plus a 15% administration fee. You will be informed of the details in the testing process.

Providing that all passes, the conclusion is:
We grant the Stamp, you authorize payment for the $2,500 basic certification fee, and You then have the use of the Stamp for advertising, products, store displays, etc. We provide the “Stamp” logo materials, documentation, and guidelines for using the Loudermilk name and website(s) in your media content.

We in turn include you in various parts of our websites and advertising, promotions, shows, etc.
